West Vancouver, BC; December 11, 2009 – Park Royal has greatly expanded their Holiday lighting program this year with a display of beautiful lighting, making things even brighter this year, in both The Village at Park Royal and along Marine Drive at the entrance to West Vancouver. The investment is well over $100,000 and is part of Park Royal’s commitment to create a festive expression for the Holidays and the 2010 Winter Olympics.
The magical snowfall lights that are new to The Village at Park Royal this year give the impression of falling snow and light up Main Street. In addition, nine trees on Marine Drive have been adorned with bright, beautiful lights and the gorgeous snowfall lights. All lighting is state of the art LED in keeping with Park Royal’s sustainability efforts.
“Park Royal is investing in the festive spirit of our community during this special time of year.” says Rick Amantea, Vice President of Park Royal Shopping Centre. “We are proud to do our part in helping make our community inviting and brighter.”
Park Royal invites everyone to come and check out the new lighting display in and around The Village at Park Royal, and on the trees in the centre of Marine Drive.
