- Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude coordinating their reception at Bombay for their services & treatments. Go above and beyond for our customers.
- Interact constantly with customers through product and service demos and consultations providing them advice about our products and services.
- Be knowledgeable about Bombay products and services, history, and practices.
- Assist Store Manager with Retail and Merchandising initiatives.
- Participating enthusiastically in-store sales contests, training sessions and meetings
- Handle, in person or on the phone, all customers concerns and feedbacks communicating them to management team
- Oversee appointment scheduling at all times to maximize store revenue,
- upsell products or services, and manage an efficient and effective store schedule for Customers
- Check-in and check-out customers and handle sales payments & purchases at POS by cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit.
- Report any cash variances and store concerns to the general manager
- Perform computerized physical inventory counts for professional & retail products
- Opening & closing duties
