PARK ROYAL RENOVATIONS
Park Royal is making some improvements to the inside and outside of our centre.
Inside, we are redoing all of our signage to make it even easier to find what you are looking for. And we are also upgrading our directional map, again, for ease of use and understanding.
Outside, we are undergoing a major update in how we look - call it an extreme makeover.
We are replacing all of the awnings on the outside of both the north and south mall. The new awnings will be charcoal in colour and produced on a very high quality fabric.
We are also painting all the vertical surfaces on both sides of our centre. The existing beige/sand coloured surfaces will be re-painted in a brighter off-white colour. The existing teal colour will be re-painted in a charcoal grey tone. The result will be a timeless look that will really give us a stunning refresh.
The entrances to our shopping centre and our stairwells will also look very different. We are installing new entrance doors and giving the exterior a beautiful and very westcoast look and feel – fitting very nicely with our location.
Our new exterior signage program is extensive and will see the change of 270 signs – 175 on the exterior and 95 on the interior. They will make knowing where you want to go even easier then before.
We are expecting everything to be completed by Spring 2010. In the meantime, please accept our apologies that any of our construction causes you.
