You are invited to a garden party! Park Royal is teaming up with Great Canadian Landscaping Co. to create a new community garden on the North Shore. Everyone is invited to partake in the activities – we will have face-painting, balloons and refreshments.

The Spirit Community Garden uses the space in a productive way that allows Park Royal to further engage with the community and foster our goal of a more sustainable planet. 

Spirit Community Garden Party family-friendly activities include: 

• Live music — Enjoy and groove to live jazz by Jazz Con Brio 
• Bring the kids — Face-painting and balloons will be sure to engage your little ones 
• Quench your thirst — Whole Foods will be providing food and refreshments 
• Learn something new — Teach your kids about how a community garden can provide an outlet to beautify our planet in an organic and sustainable manner 

DATE: Saturday, June 16, 2012

TIME: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

PLACE: Park Royal South, upper level just behind Osaka Supermarket and Staples

If you are interested in having a planter in the garden, just let us know! A waitlist will be created for those who are unable to get one this time around.
